Advice services are available with an adviser by appointment (see our "Contact Us" page for telephone numbers) or on a telephone service during normal working times.

If your enquiry needs specialist help we may refer you to an appropriate agency or one of our own specialists. We will not make a referral without your agreement.

In some circumstances we may be able to make home visits to housebound clients.

If you need to arrange for an interpreter/advocate to be present we will do our best to arrange a suitable appointment time.
